these photos were taken at the glossybox event last saturday. i loved that amazing roof top with a view on viennas old town. i feel like such a gangster in that jacket, that’s how cool i find it. do you know that feeling when some items are just cooler than you will ever be? well i guess this helps to improve my coolness. yo.

i am not exaggerating when i am saying: that glossybox event was DAMN cool. working in PR myself i know how much it takes to create an event like this. it’s not the overall concept that makes it special, it’s the details! begining with the flower decoration and ending with the goodies – it was a truely wonderful afternoon.
it all took place at hotel steigenberger in viennas first district. a couple of beauty bloggers and very few lifestyle bloggers gathered in the lobby, where we sipped glossycocktails (delicious!). after we were brought to the hotel suites, where each room was branded by a beauty label. the brands were maria galland, paul mitchell, art deco and spa ritual. each room was wonderfully decorated and offered various treatments with the brands products. first i got the most relaxing facial treatment by maria galland. i can’t really remember when i have felt this much relaxation in the past few weeks. after i went and got my make-up done by art deco. my last station was the paul mitchell room, where i got my hair done. unfortunately there wasn’t enough time to enjoy spa rituals manicure. one of the highlights was definitely creating an own glossybox with the brands products. my bag felt like i had 20kg of beauty in there.
my favorites are the paul mitchell serum, the light blue spa ritual nail polish, the art deco eyeshadow primer and the maria galland night treatment.
thanks glossybox, for this amazing afternoon!

the invite

i had a VERY cool meeting in the morning for a secret project that i will tell you about VERY soon! but not i have to get ready for this VERY cool glossybox event in viennas first district, so exciting!

beautified

two weeks ago l’oréal invited a few journalists and bloggers to a very special event. at the l’oréal academy in vienna, two new products by kérastase and helena rubinstein were introduced. but not in a boring, regular way! we got a suuuuper fine facial and hair treatment accompanied by 12munchies food.
helena rubinstein introduced hydra collagenist and their prodigy powercell eye urgency SOS patches to us. it was so nice to just sit back, relax and let the crazy science behing those products do their work. honestly: i felt like a BABY after. after getting our hair done we also got a professional make-up by helena rubinsteins make-up artists.
then kérastase showed us their brand new series cristalliste. the line is perfect for hair like mine: long and thick. the products are simply amazing. there’s two shampoos (one for thin, one for thick hair), a conditioner and a serum, which beats it all. it’s the best serum i’ve ever used – it really makes your hair look like a diamond. it’s not as thick as other serums and really smooth, easy to use.
thank you so much for this great afternoon!
i currently work as an intern for L’Oréal , but as always the thoughts on this blog are purely my personal opinion.
